CueTools is a nice little software that allows you to split a single FLAC into tracks.
Here are steps I use.
1) Change the file picker to Drag'n'Drop mode
2) Drag and drop the CUE file of your choice to the Drag'n'Drop area.
3) Select Tracks, and your desired output format.
4) Finally, hit Go. That is it.
